Reminiscences, 2nd half of 19th cent.?

Artemisia accompanied her mother to the cite of the "Haun's Mill Massacre" of 1838 shortly after the incident. Two of her brothers were wounded in that affair. She describes what she saw of the dead and wounded and also tells how she felt at the time. She also quotes what her brother, George Myers, said of the experience of being wounded in the incident.
